Zerostart, FlowStart and TopStart are Phillips & Temro brands we supply and support. Above 10 kW the range is our own: POWERHEAT 12 – 26 kW, built in France for gensets, ships and rail projects.

Fitted into the coolant circuit, not into the engine
Every heater is delivered with a connection and fixation kit.
The heater is installed as a bypass across the engine block. The internal cooling system stays untouched, so warranty and engine approvals are unaffected.
Fixation bracket and hose adapters are supplied. Thermosiphon models rely on natural circulation; forced-flow models carry an integrated pump.
Fixed thermostats switch between roughly 27 and 50 °C; TopStart is adjustable from 0 to 80 °C and POWERHEAT from 20 to 90 °C, each with a safety thermostat (110 °C and 120 °C STD).
